The leadership Activate is designed to help leaders build a strong foundation for long-term leadership success. Through structured leadership development, executive mentorship, and collaborative peer learning, participants strengthen the practical skills, confidence, and self-awareness needed to lead effectively in today's evolving workplace.
The program focuses on the core competencies that define effective leadership, including communication, relationship building, delegation, performance management, inclusive leadership, and navigating difficult conversations. Participants gain practical strategies they can apply immediately while learning alongside their peers and receiving personalized guidance from experienced C-suite leaders.
By combining interactive learning with meaningful mentorship and professional networking, Leadership Activate provides a supportive environment where participants can grow as leaders, expand their perspectives, and develop the confidence to lead with authenticity, credibility, and impact.
LEADERSHIP ACTIVATE
A 9-week leadership development and mentorship program designed for emerging and aspiring leaders. Through interactive leadership training, executive mentorship, and peer learning, participants develop the practical skills, confidence, and professional network needed to lead effectively and advance their careers.

1. Leadership Training Series (6 Weekly Sessions)
Interactive 3-hour virtual sessions held Saturdays, January 9 – February 13 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM CST

Building Trust, Credibility & Strategic Self-Advocacy
Develop the skills to build trust with your team and organizational leaders while strengthening your leadership presence, credibility, and ability to advocate effectively for yourself and others.

Delegation with Equity & Accountability
Learn practical delegation strategies that promote accountability, empower team members, and allow leaders to focus on leading rather than doing.

Communication & Navigating Difficult Conversations
Develop the confidence and communication skills needed to provide feedback, navigate conflict, and lead challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

2. Two Group Mentorship Sessions with C-Suite Leaders
February 20 & February 27 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Participate in two interactive group mentorship sessions led by experienced C-suite leaders from a variety of industries. These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss real leadership challenges, ask questions, gain practical insights, and learn from the experiences of senior executives while connecting with fellow participants.
3. 1:1 Mentorship Matching with C-Suite Leaders
Each participant will be matched with an experienced C-suite leader for two personalized one-on-one mentorship sessions. These sessions provide individualized leadership guidance, career insights, and practical support tailored to each participant's professional goals and leadership journey.
