This training program equips new team leads and managers with the practical tools, knowledge and skills to prepare and lead strategically in developing high performers, nurturing a positive team culture, towards achieving team / organizational outcomes. This course features 5 key components;

Transition – exploring the shift from peer to a leader, personality archetypes, understanding unique leadership styles, and strategic vision alignment between senior leadership and the frontline delivery team.

Foundations of Team building – delving into the intersections between manager and team relationship development and its implications for change management and leveraging team abilities in meeting organizational goals

Outcome-based leadership - approach to team management centered on the fundamentals of structure, delegation, and autonomy in meeting team goals.

Communication and conflict management – effective communication strategies for giving/receiving feedback, in maintaining an overall positive work culture.
